Accessibility, Safety, and Pets

The Animal Park is not wheelchair accessible; however, accessibility accommodations are available for visitors with mobility issues. Please note that we are not able to allow unauthorized vehicles, including scooters or motorized wheelchairs, in the Park. Find more information about disability accommodations and access in the Tour FAQ on our Plan Your Visit page.

If you are planning to visit the Animal Park, please take a moment to review your confirmation email and text to complete our online tour waiver.  Waivers will also be available in the gift shop for visitors to complete during check-in.

For safety reasons, the Animal Park cannot allow visitors to bring pets on site. Any visitor who brings an animal to the Park will be asked to leave immediately. No animals may be left unattended in a vehicle.

Due to the uneven surfaces of our tour path, for children’s safety, we cannot allow them to ride in wagons in the Park, and we encourage child sling carriers over strollers. Strollers are allowed, with children secured inside, but at the parent’s sole discretion.

Family Adventures

Step into the Animal Park for an immersive, guided walk among some of the world’s most fascinating species. Led by one of our experienced and passionate tour guides, this experience lasts approximately 30–90 minutes, depending on group size, pace, and interests.

Have you ever looked a lion, tiger, leopard, or wolf in the eye? Had a “conversation” with a jungle cat? Witnessed the flickering tufts of a caracal’s ear? What on earth is a binturong—and why is it so important to its natural ecosystem?

Discover all this and much more when you join us for an Adventure tour at the Animal Park!

Egg Hunt Adventure
March 28, 2026

The Animal Park’s Egg Hunt Adventure will be a fun-filled activity for kids to learn about animals and conservation and enjoy some time outside.

Adult Adventures

Step into the Animal Park for an immersive, guided walk among some of the world’s most fascinating species. Led by one of our experienced and passionate tour guides, this experience lasts approximately 60–120 minutes, depending on group size, pace, and interests.

You’ll encounter some of our most iconic residents, including lions, tigers, leopards, and wolves, many of whom are known for their curiosity and attentiveness to visitors. You’ll also meet an array of remarkable smaller species such as binturongs, New Guinea singing dogs, caracals, ring-tailed lemurs, servals, bobcats, and jungle cats, animals that often surprise guests and quickly become favorites.

The conversations and tour information are tailored for adults and mature children, and all tickets are at the adult price. No young children, please. If you have children younger than 12, please consider our Family Adventure.

Twilight Tours

As the Animal Park settles into evening, the Twilight Tour offers a guided walk led by one of our most highly experienced guides during a time when many animals are naturally more active. Guests may hear lions calling, wolves howling, and New Guinea singing dogs vocalizing, and may catch glimpses of species like tigers, leopards, or other nocturnal residents as daylight fades.

The experience includes observing animals as guides offer favorite treats and scent enrichment, providing insight into individual preferences and daily care. Designed to feel different from daytime visits, each tour is shaped by animal activity and guest curiosity, making it a memorable experience for first-time and returning visitors alike.

The conversations, tour information, and tour length are tailored for ages 12+, and all tickets are at the adult price. If you have children younger than 12, please consider our Family Adventure.
