Volunteers and Service Groups

Get Involved!

Join our amazing team of volunteers

Volunteers are found at every level of the organization and no previous experience is required to become a volunteer. You will gain unique and invaluable experience by working alongside our staff, building unforgettable memories, and developing a deep understanding of animal welfare and the management of the species in our care. The first and most important step toward volunteering is to visit the Animal Park for one of our public tours. This will help you better understand our mission and allow you to learn more about our animals and community. After your tour, please submit a volunteer application by clicking the button below.

Participate in a service group outing

Volunteer for a day! We welcome service groups made up of 3 – 15 individuals. The Animal Park is always updating habitats for each of our animals as well as the park grounds and visitor area. As such, we always have projects ready to tackle.  No prior experience or training is necessary – the only requirements are: all volunteers must be 18 years of age or older, possess a positive attitude, and be ready to engage in hard work.

Family Adventures

Have you ever looked a lion, tiger, leopard, or wolf in the eye? Had a “conversation” with a jungle cat? Witnessed the flickering tufts of a caracal’s ear? What on earth is a binturong—and why is it so important to its natural ecosystem?

Discover all this and much more when you join us for an Adventure tour at the Animal Park!
