Animal Care
Manager
The Animal Care Manager is responsible for the daily husbandry and overall welfare of the animal collection. This Manager works alongside, trains, and oversees the animal care staff. The Animal Care Manager interacts regularly with individual animals for their daily care, as well as with other staff and park guests to help provide exceptional visitor experiences.
Animal
Keeper
The Animal Keeper interacts regularly with animals for their daily care and with other staff and park guests to help provide exceptional visitor experiences. The keeper must focus strongly on the present moment and follow through with tasks precisely as directed. The person filling this role works weekends and holidays, outdoors in all weather, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.
Facilities
Lead
The Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing the general upkeep, maintenance, and repair of the park’s facilities, ensuring both functional and aesthetic standards are met. In addition to daily duties, the Facilities Lead plays a critical role in the construction and development of new projects while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Office
Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the core business functions, retail shop, and Visitor Services, and supporting leadership across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a positive team player with business acumen who is motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
