Personal Tours
Excitement awaits!
Personal tours are available year-round, Wednesdays through Sundays (depending on guide availability). Reservations must be made at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for ample time for scheduling. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your preferred date and time. This deposit will be deducted from your total when you arrive for your visit.
To schedule your tour, please have ready please have a few dates in mind that would work.
When we receive your request, we will respond via email to begin scheduling your birthday experience.

Up to 15 people
Our personal tour offering: One of our highly trained tour guides will introduce you to our animal residents with an in-depth tour of our grounds that will allow you to focus on species and topics that are of particular interest to you while our residents receive tasty treats and exciting enrichment. This tour is approximately one-two hours.

Every Build Your Own Adventure experience begins with our tour, and additional experiences can be selected for an additional fee (See add-ons below).
This is YOUR experience and we want to hear your ideas! If you have something in mind that we haven’t mentioned here, let us know on our contact form and we’ll do our best to create something magical for you, your significant other, your friends, family, or anyone you want to share in this unique and totally customizable experience.

Accessibility, Safety, and Pets
The Animal Park is not wheelchair accessible; however, accessibility accommodations are available for visitors with mobility issues. Please note that we are not able to allow unauthorized vehicles, including scooters or motorized wheelchairs, in the park. If you are planning to visit the Animal Park, please take a moment to review your confirmation email and text to complete our online tour waiver. Waivers will also be available in the gift shop for visitors to complete during check-in.
For safety reasons, the Animal Park cannot allow visitors to bring pets on site. Any visitor who brings an animal to the Park will be asked to leave immediately. No animals may be left unattended in a vehicle.
