Winter evenings are an amazing time to visit the critters at the the Animal Park. As the weather grows cooler, our lions, tigers, and wolves don their beautiful, thick coats and are energized by the brisk temperatures. They become even more active as the sun sets, and call out to one another as the winter moon rises in the sky.
Join us in celebrating the season with our animal residents by coming on a Winter in the Wild tour at the Animal Park! You and other animal lovers will take an evening stroll through our paths with an experienced tour guide.
Winter in the Wild tours are an opportunity to see our animals at a time of day and a time of year when they are at their most animated. Our critters often show off their silly and playful personalities, and you’ll even meet our residents by a glow of bright lights that turns our conservancy into a wonderland of awe-inspiring sights and sounds!

Inclement Weather Policy
Due to the timing of evening tours, it can be difficult for our staff to make adjustments when the weather forecast shifts as the day goes on. We appreciate your understanding that you will need to keep an eye on the forecast and may need to dress for unpredictable weather when you reserve space on a Winter in the Wild tour.
In the event of unsafe weather, we will contact you via the email you have provided. You can also check our website home page for information on any weather-related cancellations.
