Group Tours

Come one, come all!

Private Tour 2Group Tour Costs

We love hosting groups! Scouts, 4H, Kiwanis, camps, churches, high school and college clubs, fraternities and sororities, and other organized groups are offered a discounted rate of $13.50 plus tax for each person in groups of 15 or more. All other groups are $16 plus tax for each person in groups of 15 or more. (Are you looking for a school field trip? If so, click on over to our Wild Field Trips page.)

There is a minimum fee of $200 for all Group Tours, and your group must be a minimum of 15 people to make a reservation. (Do you have a smaller group? Consider one of our Adventures or a private Unique Experience instead.)

We require a $100 deposit for all Group Tours. After submitting your reservation request form (below), you will be directed to PayPal to make your deposit. (A PayPal account is not required.)

Scheduling

Please plan to schedule at least three weeks in advance of your preferred visit date. After we have received your reservation request and deposit, a member of our team will reach out to finalize the details of your reservation.

Group Tours last one hour in the park and may be scheduled Monday through Friday. For weekends, please contact us before submitting the reservation request form to confirm availability.

We require 72-hour advance notice if you need to cancel or change your tour time. If you do not provide 72-hour notice of cancellation or if you do not show up for your scheduled tour time, you will waive your tour deposit. Please use our Contact Us form or reply to your scheduling email(s) if you need to make changes to your reservation.

Preparing for Your Visit

All tour participants are required to sign our tour release form, which you can complete online or download to print out—make sure both sides are completed. Minors must have their form signed by their legal guardian or they will not be permitted to join the tour.

Please allow ample time for check-in and preparation activities prior to the start of your tour. Our restrooms are small so can accommodate a limited number of people at one time.

We have a picnic shelter—with fans and lighting—that is available on a first-come-first-served basis, unless your reservation is made specifically to include the picnic shelter area. During school field trip season, it may be busy, so please consider whether you’d like to use it when making your reservation request.
